Often employers want to see that you can schedule social media posts. Do you have to be an expert? Absolutely not. But get familiar with some different platforms that could be used!

Practice some light design skills:
Once again, you don't have to be an expert. But it's an advantage to see that you know what looks good on social media, and what doesn't. Maybe you give making your own website a go? It doesn't have to be perfect, but it can prove to future employers that you have an eye for design.
