This is an incredible opportunity for someone that has a wide range of skills, is motivated, capable and committed person. We are looking for someone that is after a career in horticulture, wants to grow their skills with our business and comes to work with a good can-do attitude.
About you
The qualities and skills that we are looking for are:
- Past experience in farming or horticulture would be preferred but not essential as all on the job training will be provided.
- Experience operating equipment including but not limited to; tractors, tractor implements, mowers and sprayer.
- Current drivers Licence
- Able to work well within a team or independently
- Ensuring that the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained
- Has excellent communication skills
- An understanding of Horticulture and this fast-growing industry would be an advantage
- Computer skills, not afraid of technology
- Physically fit
- Reliable
- Self-motivated
